Titan Industries Egypt is a company dedicated to designing and manufacturing the DUAL Dental Implant system. We aim to offer dental clinicians complete and reliable evidence-based dental implant solutions. The system has been designed by experts in the field of dental implantology and mechanics who took into consideration the ideal biomechanical features providing a reliable product with guaranteed quality.

Our Story
2020 is a milestone in our company’s life opening a branch distribution Centre in Cairo - Egypt, nowadays we have been providing service for our customers in more than 27 governorates in Egypt, hence having excellent conditions for expanding mainly in Africa.
Holding high esteem, practical knowledge and education, we have opened our DUAL Implant Academy, where medical educational training, advanced implantology courses can be provided for oral surgeons visiting us from different parts of the world.

All our implants are made of biocompatible grade 23 titanium alloy with an outstanding surface micro-topography inspected with very precise quality control.

DUAL implant undergoes strict manufacturing process. The packaging process performed in our specially designed iso class D clean rooms. Then sterilized by gamma radiation in the Egyptian Atomic Energy Authority.



IMPLANTS FEATURES

Material: grade 23 titanium (Higher purity version of titanium grade 5).

Smart tapered design: provide compressive loading and excellent primary stability.

Triple lead threads: ( faster insertion – increase thread engagement).

Hybrid Thread design: ( standard V-shaped thread at apical part higher 1ry stability – self- drilling and self cutting. Square thread design at coronal part: greater Bone-Implant Contact (BIC) and higher reverse torque.

Progressive threads: increase the load transfer to the more flexible cancellous bone instead of crestal cortical bone. This may contribute to less cortical bone resorption. 0.2mm (Shallow thread depth) at coronal part: permits easier insertion into denser bone with no need for tapping. 0.6 mm at apical part: advantage in areas of soft bone and higher occlusal loads.

Universal connection: for all implant diameters which makes the prosthetic step much easier and color-coded for quick identification and component matching and with restorative ease 45° conical internal hex connection. we have a mini-implant line with smaller connection dimensions.

Platform switching: provides excellent bone maintenance and soft tissue volume, ideal for esthetically demanding cases.

Safe Rounded apex: Patients indicated for minimally invasive crestal maxillary sinus floor elevation approach, the safe round fixture apex pushes Sinus membrane without causing harm.


The New innovative High-energy surface
DUAL implant introduces hydrophilic surface implants that can achieve accelerated bone healing by promoting rapid protein adsorption and accelerated union between the implant and the bone.
In recent years, as a result of the application of different physical and biochemical treatments in DUAL biochemical Labs, a new generation of so-called High-Energy Surface implants have emerged; these surfaces are capable of accelerating cellular differentiation in the osteogenic pathway, improving upon the results of the standard SLA surface implants. The improvement in the properties of the implant surfaces is even more relevant in cases of poor bone quality or in treatments in which shortened loading times are the intended outcome.
Single and two-Piece implants are available with the standard SLA surface only or with the added new H.E.S surface technology.


Surface treatment
DUAL implant is subjected to a heavy subtractive acid-etching protocol that creates an intense micro-textured surface with interconnecting capillaries and micropores forming the S.L.A surface that allows for quick osteoblastic adhesion to the implant surface.
